Yassine is an experienced banker with expertise in portfolio management and investment structuring. He has accumulated extensive experience in Investment Banking, Private Banking, and Asset Management, holding various positions at reputable firms such as Darius Capital Partners, Natixis Asset Management, Commerzbank, Pearl Advisory Asset Management, and Emirates NBD in Paris and Dubai. With a strong network of clients in Africa, GCC, and Europe, Yassine shares his knowledge and proficiency in financial markets, portfolio management, and investment solutions tailored for GCC and African markets. Yassine is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.

Yassine Bouhmad

Paula is an accomplished entrepreneur and respected figure in the Fintech, Blockchain, and Quantitative Finance sectors. Notably, she played a senior role at SwissBorg Ventures, leveraging her expertise in venture capital to lead investments and drive deal sourcing. Paula's impressive background includes co-founding and enhancing several successful companies. As a co-founder of Genesis Capital LATAM, she managed the Quant Arbitrage Fund, and she also co-founded an Islamic Fintech startup called Wethaq. Additionally, Paula actively contributes to the global startup ecosystem as a member of the World Business Angels Forum (WBAF) Global Startup Committee. She holds a B.A. in International Finance and an MSc diploma in Financial Engineering, specializing in Automated Trading Systems.

Mohamed Al Ali

Mohamed is a highly accomplished senior executive with an impressive 24-year track record in both the UAE Government and Private Sector. His extensive experience and expertise have established him as a revered figure in the Emirati business community. Throughout his career, Mohamed has held influential positions in prominent organizations such as Tasheel, Mawarid Finance, DAFZA, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, where he served as General Manager, Head of Special Projects, and Business Office Manager, respectively. In each of these roles, Mohamed drove transformative change through strategic planning and meticulous execution. Additionally, he contributes as a valued Board Member at Al Khazna Insurance Co and Mawarid Technology. Mohamed is an alumnus of Emirates College, further enriching his credentials.

Mohamed Amine El Mardi

Mohamed Amine El Mardi is a seasoned banker with more than 17 years of experience in asset management and financial engineering in North Africa and sub-Saharian Africa.
He started his career in Attijariwafa Bank Group where he was in charge of asset management and structured finance.
He then became a partner in Actuaris Consulting where he held the position of head of financial market advisory for the last 15 years. 
He led various projects with government bodies and Pan-African financial institutions on various topics such as asset-liability management, strategic asset allocation, risk appetite assignments, compliance of the asset allocation with regulatory framework...
Mohamed Amine is a respected member of AIEM and AMA (Moroccan Actuary Society).

Youssef Mechahouri

Youssef Mechahouri is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 15 years of experience in International Tier 1 Banks.
He has held key leadership positions in Equity Trading at Credit Agricole and Royal bank of Canada and has a strong background in global Cash Equity and Equity Derivatives markets.
With recent experience in crypto hedge funds and disruptive sports fintech startups, Youssef brings a dynamic and innovative approach to his work.
He is an alumnus of Ecole Polytechnique, combining academic excellence with practical expertise in finance.

Akram Al Saleh

Akram garners more than 12 years of experience in international business relations and M&A transactions.
He is the founding partner of InvestSource, an entity specialized in accompanying foreign investors to enter the GCC market through incorporation of subsidiaries or acquisitions. Akram brought more than 100M AED of direct investments into GCC entities in various industries.
Akram is currently representing the Dubai family office of a well-established multi-billion riyals Saudi group.
His key role is to source and analyze venture capital and private equity opportunities in UAE.
His expertise in corporate finance, business development and GCC regulations made him a key advisor to many international entities willing to enter the GCC market.
